Life as we know it...crazy!

Friends, family, and everyone in between! Again, it has been too long since I have blogged, and so much has happened! I hope all is going well with everyone. I have been thinking about what to write about, and for a long time I couldn't think of anything. I felt like I needed to write something inspirational and awesome and profound. But... nothing was coming to my mind, and I felt like my brain had shut down. Finally I found something to write about... so I hope this makes sense and don't jugde me for saying this! I have a thing for shoes.... I love trying them on, I love looking at them wishing I could have more than I do, when I find a good pair, I do buy them. When I find a pair I really like, I say..."Ewww look at these, I so need them!" I have never bought a designer pair of shoes, the only pair of shoes that I have spent more than $30 on are all of my tennis shoes, which consist of two pair of pumas (white, and pink), I love these shoes! Friends! Well once again I don't really have a great theme for this blog, but this one might make you laugh! So I want to apologize about the randomness of my blogging! Being a girl, it is natural to make a "list of future husband characteristics". Well, as I have looked through my journals through the my growing up, my lists have changed. I found one that I had written when I was twelve, I had to laugh out loud at what I put. I was young and had no idea what love was, and to be honest, I knew nothing of what I wanted in a spouse. I am almost positive that what I thought what I wanted was based off of animated Disney heroes! Well... I SURVIVED SPRING SEMESTER! I am so thrilled I get a break from school, although it is very short this year, it is much needed! I will be taking summer classes this year, only part time, but hopefully I will have enough spirit to do it! Ha I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I was to take my last final. It was for my hardest class, and I have never studied so hard in my life. For this test a lone I studied for hours upon hours upon hours. I had three other tests to take, and somehow, I studied more for physiology than all of my other classes combined. I was bound and determined to pass this test. I get to the room all shaky and stuff, I just wanted to get it done. I sat next to my cousin Skylar and for some reason that made me feel better about taking the test. The test... So I have Type 1 Diabetes, and Celiac Disease, I normally get flustered that I have both, and wonder how in the world I survive sometimes, but on this test, there were questions that brought up both....

FRIENDS!!! I had a fabulous weekend! To all of those who have Celiac disease or a gluten intolerance... Sweet Tooth Fairy has the best gluten free cupcakes! I normally would not spend my money on a single cupcake, but I felt like I can when it comes to these yummy things! Plus, I had a coupon for buy one get one free! It has been a little bit since I have had a gluten free cupcake but I made the last one I had. As I walked into the bakery, I was overwhelmed with the sweetness of cakes, and baked goods. I was greeted with a warm welcome, and could not stop smiling when I asked for my gluten free cupcake! Since I was with my mom, I felt like she should get the free cupcake, I got her a red velvet one (I hear those are to die for too!). I couldn't even wait to get home to eat it... yes I bit into in the car, and oh my goodness, it was heaven! Friends! I cannot believe that this semester is almost over! Well deep down inside I am saying "FINALLY!!!" because this one has been tough but, hey everyone has to have one of those tough ones! I am also thrilled to see the beautiful spring weather, ah! Allergies here I come! Ha no just kidding, for all of you who suffer from those terrible sniffles and watery eyes during this season, I am so sorry, because they are no fun. I want to share with you what I did over the weekend, I sure did have lots of fun! This weekend..... -I started out the weekend going to the temple! I have been going the majority of the Fridays in this semester, and I have noticed that when I don't go, I never accomplish the things I want to for the weekend. All of the temple workers have now grown to know my name and always greet me with a warm hello. Well, I'm super excited to no longer be a "teen"! Even though it's not that old, I feel old! So much has happened in 20 years. A little bit ago I have had the opportunity of where I was all by myself and I was flooded with memories. I have been through a lot but I believe that is was not to torture me, to make me cry or even hurt me. I believe that because of all the things I have gond through, I am the person I am today. I look back at who I was, just a year ago, oh how weak I was, getting hurt by silly things, crying for pointless things, and still... very childish. Although I will always be young at heart, I look at myself now, and see the exact oppostie. I am much stronger than I used to be both physically and mentally. Yes I still cry, but it's different now. I have had to grow up a lot over the last little bit, and I have never been more grateful. Recently I had a conversation with  a really good friend of mine. It made me realize, I'm pretty lucky! This year... Spring Break was awesome! I had the wonderful opportunity to go to St. George to visit my twin and her hubby! I left on Saturday and came home on Thursday, although it was a short visit, I had so much fun and many memories were made! I could write pages upon pages about the few days I spent down, so I am going to do the famous bullet point list!!! -The weather was BEAUTIFUL -I went to church with Kels and Chris, in Relief Society, A lady thought I was Kelsey and started asking me questions that I should know the answer to... when she realized I was not Kels, we both laughed out loud in the quiet room! -I slept on Mickey Mouse Sheets!!! - I survived my first Brazilian wax, I was a model for Kels, and I laughed the WHOLE time, who does that? -I got a spray tan so I wouldn't look so ghostly, ha it turned out ok - I found out that I am going to be an aunt, again.
