If you "MUSTACHE" it's a boy!!

Everyone!! I hosted my first baby shower, and it was a great success! It was for my twin sister Kelsey, she is having a baby boy (Kenton Topher) due.... around November 7th. I was able to host it with her awesome friends, Shalyse Hukil and Amber Gardner. We had lots of fun planning it. Since this is the first boy in my family, we wanted to have fun, so we decided to have a mustache themed party. Oh boy! It sure was fun. For those of you who know me I kinda go crazy with these things. I really enjoyed preparing things for this shower and I am going to share how the party turned out! The invitations : I had an idea run through my head as soon as we decided to make it a mustache themed party. I began working with scrapbook paper and stamps. Finally after a few rough drafts I came up with an invite. I traced mustaches on black card stock (and sweet Kelsey helped cut them out!!), I made a template for a tie and glued it all on paper. When I was done with the paper things, I was able to fi

That awkward moment when.....

Since humans are humans we get to deal with some pretty funny things. Life happens and the only thing left to do is LAUGH!!! Which trust me I do plenty of, sometimes I even let out a cackle, once I start it is hard for me to stop. So because I am human, I'm giving you my list of awkward moments. Please enjoy! Laugh and laugh some more, but please don't judge! Are you ready? (please pardon my informality of this blog) :D THAT AWKWARD MOMENT WHEN.... -you fall up the stairs in front of lots of people -the person sitting next to you is large in stature and could use two chairs instead of one -your water bottle leaks all over your clothes -you spill your food on your shirt -you walk and a "fluff" of air slips out of your behind... oooops! -you laugh so hard you snort -the person next to you forgot to take a shower -you fall asleep with your mouth open -the person next to you talks and they could use a tic tac -you forgot to do up your zipper -you slip on ice

You Should Be Dancing Utah!

So I do apologize for taking so long to blog about this big event. As many of you know, I am in love with Zumba! Back in May I was invited to this "event" that at first I had no idea what it was, and I was debating on buying the ticket. I thought about it and it took me about a minute to realize that, not only did I want to go, but I needed to go. I knew I would not regret this decision, so I went forth and bought the all day pass. As I read more about this wonderful happening, I became more excited and began to mentally and physically prepare myself for this long day of just dancing. The creators of it, love how Zumba has changed many lives, mine included, and wanted to promote a fun and healthy way of living. They did a great job, and to be honest, I loved every single minute of this day. I am no dancer, I have always been a little shy, and usually I stick to myself to let my emotions out. Well, two years ago my wonderful cousin, Jamee Keverm,(please everyone come try her

Oh My Life!

Well friends... I love life! All the happenings thus far are so worth it and I am so happy that I am living in this time. I have done many things over the last little bit that I want to share. For those of you who don't really like the bullet point list blog, I do apologize, I just don't have enough time to blog everyday about what happens. I am sure most of you are wondering how I spent my last two weeks of summer. Well, sad to say, it went by in the blink of an eye and I did not do a lot, but what I did do, was a perfect way to end my summer! So here goes... I hung out with friends and went on a few dates, I didn't go on any fun trips or anything like that ha ha. I was able to hang out with my best friend Cierra, we went to lunch and talked for hours, it was so great to see her and catch up. I saw Batman, with the girls, for the second time, it was even better the second time! I love my friends, without them, I seriously would not be the person I am today. They bring so
