25 fun facts about Spencer

Everyone! My most favorite human ever is turning 25! May 29th is seriously one of my most favorite days! If you know him, you should wish him a Happy Birthday. Babe, I sure do love you have hope you have the best birthday ever, you certainly deserve it. I thought you would all enjoy some fun facts about Spencer. Some will already know these, but he's a pretty awesome so a repeat of facts never hurts. Ready? I am! 1- He has the most tender heart ever 2- He is a Dota fanatic (and Battle Grounds and some others I think?) 3- He is an Electrical Engineer enthusiast (Psh who wants to obtain a PhD in EE, my hubby does, because he's awesome, that's who!) 4- He is a Star Wars lover 5- He really wants a dog (specifically a German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, or a Nova Scotia Retriever) 6- He falls asleep instantly when I play with his hair. It's quite funny, then when I stop, boom he's awake. 7- He loves hand massages and neck massages. I actually can't fall asleep

Shiveley's take Rome, Cannes, and Paris

Hello family and friends! I wanted to blog about our trip while everything is still fresh. This trip was perfect and was just what we needed to revamp our lives. We will always remember the memories we created together and cherish our last few months of just us together. This trip we have called our "babymoon" but actually it was a celebration of Spencer graduation with his Master's. He worked so hard, especially this last year. The whole time we've been married, he has worked in jobs that allowed him to utilize his engineering skills and went to school full time. I have been very impressed by how he handled everything. He graduated with honors and in the top 10% of his class in a very hard program. I let Spencer pick where he wanted to go and was surprised when he said Italy and France. When we booked it, we had eight weeks to get everything ready. Those eight weeks went by rather quickly and we were both excited and nervous to leave the country. We left Utah early
