Since I have no life during the week, besides school, I always look forward to the weekend. I usually have most of my fun with my friends on the weekends, which are quite enjoyable. So this past weekend, was super fun! I was able to go to a Zumba party with my cousin Jamee, who is an awesome instructor by the way! It was disco themed, and super fun! I learned some new moves and burned so many calories, and felt great afterward! Doing Zumba has made me feel so confident about myself, and keep off the weight. Ha love it!! I am minoring in Nutrition, and because of this I guess you can say I am now a little bit of a nerd about what I eat now... I have come to learn steamed broccoli with chicken and rice. MMmmm so good. Also, I tried an experiment on myself with food. I truly believe that food alters the way we think and act and do things.
