Life as we know it...crazy!

Spencer turns 23 tomorrow... so in honor of his 23rd Birthday I am going to first share 23 facts about Spencer and then share 23 thing I love about my man. Please enjoy and join me in wishing him a Happy Birthday! Facts: 1- His favorite shows are Seinfeld and Big Bang Theory 2- He love regular Coke 3- His go-to outfit is jeans, a t-shirt, and vans 4- He loves Costco Poppy seed muffins 5- He will read his math books/ electrical engineering books for fun  6- He loves hiking and rock climbing 7- His feet are super ticklish  8- He loves to take over my side of the bed 9- When I wake up he takes my pillows (because mine are the better ones) 10- He pees with the door shut 11-He is starting his senior year up at the University of Utah 12- His eyes change from brown to greenish regularly 13- He has more flannel and plaid shirts than anyone I know 14- His true love is Patrick his dog, then DOTA (a computer game) 15-He listens to classical music while eating breakfast 1...

This is our California adventure. Lots of pictures here because I didn't want to blow up your Instagram feed or Facebook feed Spencer and I have been dying to go back to California pretty much since we got back from our honeymoon. (I don't really remember the exact time though). Suddenly we were saving up and then we bought our tickets to an Angel's game as soon as they were available. We were like little kids and were counting down the days until we could go. Finally the time came for us to leave our little apartment for a few days to enjoy our vacation. We woke early on the day we left and literally hit zero traffic. Of course I drifted off for a little bit, as I normally do on road trips. While driving we came upon this huge and long cloud that covered the road. It was way neat, so naturally I snapped a picture in the midst of it. Friends, I had the incredible opportunity to go to BYU's Women's Conference with my generous mother-in-law and both of my sisters-in-law. This was my first time and the experiences I had I will cherish forever. I will tell you right off I will be sharing some personal and spiritual things. I am not trying to convert anyone or change how you believe  in things, but I wanted to write down how I felt after such an amazing two days of being uplifted by the spirit. Women's Conference is held at Brigham Young University, and is for women mostly, however there are some men that tag along. It is two days long filled with LDS speakers and talks. There are 15 or so talks to choose from each hour, for three hours. You get to choose which classes you want to go to and quite honestly if I had the time and will power I would have gone to much more than that. There is a morning session before we all break out into our classes of choice (all over campus) and then we all met back together...
