Well people, life has been totally crazy these past two weeks! I have been studying super hard for anatomy, and it started to pay off! I could actually understand what was going on and I am loving learning more ha ha even though it was kind of overwhelming getting ready for my test. Woot woot! I am still loving my Nutrition class and I am kind of being a crazy person about what I eat... I just really enjoy the value of what I put in my body and how it can effect my health. Life is too important to just throw away, so in order to maintain a healthy life and good habits, you need to start now, it on average, take 21 days to make something a habit. So people.... are you doing good habits? Don't follow those fad diets and totally eliminate something from your body, just watch how much you eat and I promise you with some exercise ( 3 days of cardio, 3 days of anaerobic exercises, and one day or two days of rest) you will feel so much better!
